Where are you based?
• All orders are packed & shipped by yours truly, from Pennsylvania, USA.

What is this store's return & exchange policy?
• At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me so I can work with you to find a happy solution.

How long will it take to receive my order?
• All in-stock orders will be packaged & shipped within the week they are placed, ideally next day. You will receive an email notification when your package has shipped with tracking. All packages are shipped using USPS First Class service. Domestic packages typically arrive in 3-5 business days. Please contact me in advane of placing your order if it is time sensitive!
NOTE:
• Times are not guaranteed by me or USPS and may vary depending on the efficiency of your local post office.
• Orders will not ship until all items are in stock - this includes any orders placed containing PRE-ORDER items.

When should I expect to receive my PRE-ORDER item(s)?
• Pre-orders are opened at a 2 week time-frame. Once closed, please allow a 1-2 month period for items to be ordered, manufactured, & shipped to myself. Once they arrive, they'll be graded, packed & shipped to you! At this point, your order follows the regular steps.
NOTE:
• Any orders containing PRE-ORDER items will not be shipped until all items are in stock.

I received my package, but something is damaged or missing!
• Please contact me ASAP about missing or considerably damaged items. For damaged items, please attach a proof photo. While I am not responsible for damages incurred by third party shipping companies, I will work with you to find a solution.

What forms of payment do you take?
• I accept payments through Paypal as well as any card payments through Stripe.
